The Above price is inclusive of External Development Charges (EDC). In case of any upward revision thereof by government agencies in future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.

Prices are escalation free and subject to revision / withdrawal without notice at the sole discretion of the company. No extra charges will be charges except for changes, if any, on account of Plot Size or built up area of the unit.

Cheques / Bank Drafts to be issued in favour of "Syndicate Developer (P) Ltd." payable at Panipat / New Delhi banks only.

The interest Free Sesurity Deposit Registration, Legal Documentation charges are in addition to the aforesaid prices.
